用于高压直流输电的晶闸管换流阀短路故障分析及其试验方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 晶闸管换流阀作为传统高压直流输电的重要设备,其可靠性和故障耐受性能与高压直流输电工程的安全可靠运行密切相关。而短路故障是晶闸管换流阀可能出现的最严重的故障之一,有必要对其进行故障分析和试验验证。文章研究了相关标准中对于短路故障的试验要求,分析了高压直流输电晶闸管换流阀的各种典型故障特性和现有的分别采用短路发电机和电容器组作为短路试验电源的两种故障电流试验方法,并从故障电流热效应等效性和故障电流试验电压等效性方面分析了两种试验方法的特点。 As an important equipment of H VDC transmission the reliability and fault tolerance of thyristor converter valve are closely related to the safe and reliable operation of HVDC transmission project.Short circuit fault is one of the most serious faults that may occur in thyristor converter valve.This paper researches the test requirements of short circuit fault in relevant standards and analyzes the typical fault characteristics of thyristor converter valve for HVDC transmission.This paper introduces two kinds of fault current test methods based on short-circuit generator and capacitor bank as the short-circuit test power supply and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages in terms of fault current thermal effect equivalence and fault current test voltage equivalence.
