New improvement in hydrogen peroxide steaming and bleaching for special cotton pulp

应用Y Y-02渗透剂和热碱液装锅,棉纤维进行了初始部分脱脂,过氧化氢分2~3次加入,创造了过氧化氢匀质、和缓反应条件,显著减少过氧化氢无效分解,提高白度,降低COD。

Cotton fibers were degreased initially and hydrogen peroxide was added 2-3 times in a pot filled with YY-02 penetrating agent and hot alkali solution.The conditions of homogenization and slow reaction of hydrogen peroxide were created,which significantly reduced the ineffective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide,and increased whiteness and reduced COD.
