农村生活垃圾处置系统研究——以小坝村为例

Analysis on Rural Solid Waste Disposal System:a Case Study on Xiaoba Village

针对云南边疆典型村落垃圾无序处置,严重影响居民生活环境卫生以及污染水体的现状,以系统工程的方法为指导,按照分类收集、定点转运、就地生态焚烧原则,综合考虑目标、工程管理、投资及运行成本、运输条件等多方面因素,构建了村庄生活垃圾处置系统,实现了就地减量化和资源化处理生活垃圾,达到了保护生态环境的目的。

The garbage disposal in some border rural areas of Yunnan Province is in disorder,which seriously affects the living environment and health of residents and pollutes water bodies.The paper has designed a village household garbage disposal system based on system engineering.It follows the principles of classified collection,point transfer and local ecological incineration,and makes an integrated analysis of factors such as the targets,project management,investment and operation cost,transportation,etc.In this way,household garbage is reduced and recycled locally to protect ecological environment.
