针对《论信息技术史中的"二律背反"现象》一文中张辑哲教授论述的信息的"质"与"量"的观点与信息技术发展史中的"二律背反"观点提出几点商榷。

Based on the viewpoint of"quality"and"quantity"of information and that of"antinomy"in the history of information technology development discussed by Professor Zhang Jizhe in Antinomy in the History of Information Technology,this paper puts forward some views to be discussed.
