摘要
一直以来,在档案管理中,如何切合质量管理体系目标,通过质量管理提升档案服务水平,增强顾客满意度,是一个重要的课题。遵循改进和循证决策的ISO9000质量管理原则能保证档案管理过程中的协调与发展,促进整个档案管理体系持续提升。本文将以笔者所在单位的年度档案利用系统顾客满意度分析报告为例,综合几方面要素对档案利用系统进行顾客满意度调查,开展调查表的数据分析工作。
How to meet the objectives of the quality management system,improve the level of archives services through quality management and enhance customer satisfaction is an important issue in archives management all the time.The ISO9000 quality management principles that follow the policy of improvement and evidence-based decision-making can ensure the coordination and development of archives management process and promote the continuous improvement of the entire archives management system at the same time.This paper takes the annual analysis report of customer satisfaction of archives utilization system in the author's unit as an example,comprehensively investigates the customer satisfaction of the archives utilization system based on several factors and carries out the data analysis work of the questionnaires.
