老年2型糖尿病患者合并焦虑和抑郁的相关影响因素分析

Analysis of Related Influencing Factors of Anxiety and Depression in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析老年2型糖尿病患者焦虑和抑郁的发生情况及相关影响因素。方法选取2017年1月—2018年5月收治的210例老年2型糖尿病患者开展临床问卷调查。应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表分别评定患者焦虑和抑郁的严重程度,并分析患者合并焦虑和抑郁的发生情况及相关危险因素。结果本组共出现2型糖尿病合并焦虑和抑郁症患者63例(30.00%)。单因素分析结果显示,老年2型糖尿病患者合并焦虑和抑郁与病程、合并症、糖化血红蛋白、长期吸烟史、饮酒史相关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归模型分析结果表明,病程、合并症、糖化血红蛋白是影响老年2型糖尿病患者合并焦虑和抑郁的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者合并焦虑和抑郁症的概率较高,并与多种因素相关,应尽早进行筛查,及时干预。

Objective To analyze incidence condition of anxiety and depression in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and related influencing factors.Methods A total of 210 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted during January 2017 and May 2018 received clinical questionnaire survey.Severity of anxiety and depression was assessed by Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale,and incidence conditions of anxiety and depression and related risk factors were analyzed.Results There were 63 patients(30.00%)with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by anxiety and depression.Univariate analysis showed that pathogenesy of anxiety and depression in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were correlated with course of disease,complications,glycosylated hemoglobin,long-term smoking history and drinking history(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that course of disease,complications and glycosylated hemoglobin were independent risk factors for anxiety and depression in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are more likely to have anxiety and depression,which are related to many factors.Screening and timely intervention should be carried out as soon as possible.
