低温下水稻SPAD值与产量构成变化及化防效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 为明确孕穗期低温下水稻SPAD值与产量构成变化及化防效果,在大田条件下,以垦鉴稻6号和空育131为试验材料,叶面喷施spd、6-BA和SY203种植物生长调节剂,比较水稻低温后与常规之间差异,分析植物生长调节剂对低温水稻的调控效果。结果表明:与常规水稻相比,低温处理导致SPAD值下降和株高、穗长以及节间长的缩短,显著降低水稻单株实粒数、单株粒重、结实率和产量。而与清水对照相比,叶面喷施6-BA与SY20可以明显缓解SPAD值降低和株高、穗长以及节间长的缩短,减小低温对产量及其构成的不利影响,降低产量损失。综合分析表明,叶面喷施植物生长调节剂6-BA和SY20可以调控低温对水稻的影响,受敏感性差异影响,其中6-BA对垦鉴稻6号作用效果最佳,而SY20对空育131作用效果更明显。 In order to clarify the changes of SPAD value and yield components and their chemical control effects of low temperature at booting stage,three plant growth regulators(spd,6-BA and SY20)were sprayed on the leaves of Kenjian rice 6 and Aerial Breeding 131 under field conditions.The differences between rice and conventional rice after low temperature were compared and the effects of plant growth regulators on low temperature rice were analyzed.The results showed that compared with conventional rice,low temperature treatment reduced SPAD value,shortened plant height,panicle length and internode length,significantly reduced grain number per plant,grain weight per plant,seed setting rate and yield.Compared with clear water control,foliar spraying of 6-BA and SY20 could significantly alleviate the decrease of SPAD value,inhibit the shortening of plant height,panicle length and internode length after low temperature,reduce low temperature yield and its adverse effects,and reduce yield loss.Comprehensive analysis showed that foliar spraying of plant growth regulators 6-BA and SY20 could regulate the effect of low temperature on rice,which was affected by sensitivity differences.Among them,6-BA had the best effect on Kenjian rice 6,while SY20 had the most obvious effect on aerial breeding 131.
