摘要 主要从无机盐类、有机化合物类、无机与有机化合物复合钝化的三大方面阐述国内无铬钝化处理的现今工艺研究进展,分析其工艺的应用场景,包括应用于钝化的金属,工艺条件,钝化的成膜性,钝化膜的耐腐蚀的性能,与铬酸盐钝化的膜的性能还存在哪一方面的差距,指出每种无铬钝化工艺的优缺点,结合每种材料的特性和处理工艺指出未来无铬钝化的发展方向。 The current research progress on domestic chromium-free passivation treatment was mainly described from three aspects of inorganic salts,organic compounds,inorganic and organic compound composite passivation.The application scenarios of the process were analyzed,including the application of passivated metals conditions,passivation film formation,corrosion resistance of passivation film,and the disparity of chromate passivated film performance.Meanwhile,the advantages and disadvantages of each chromium-free passivation process were pointed out.Combined with each characteristics and treatment process of the materials,the developing direction of chromium-free passivation in the future was indicated.
