基于二次乳化的多粒径高固含芳香族水性聚氨酯的制备

摘要 以多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯,二羟甲基丙酸等原料,制得预聚体(PU-2)和水性聚氨酯(WPU-1),通过PU-2在WPU-1中分散,制备出多粒径高固含芳香族水性聚氨酯(WPU-3)。研究了预聚体PU-2的DMPA含量、R值[mol(-NCO)/mol(-OH)]、多元醇种类及分子量、后扩链剂种类对WPU-3粒径和粘度的影响。结果表明:当预聚体PU-2的DMPA含量为3%,R值为1.6,多元醇为聚己二酸新戊二醇酯(PNA),分子量为1000,使用乙二胺或二乙烯三胺后扩链,其制备出来的WPU-3具有多粒径分布,稳定性较好且乳液粘度较低。 Prepolymer(PU-2)and waterborne polyurethane(WPU-1)were prepared by polyols,toluene diisocyanate,dimethylolpropionic acid,respectively.Through PU-2 were dispersed in WPU-1,aromatic waterborne polyurethane(WPU-3)with multi-particle and high solid were prepared,The effects of DMPA content of PU-2,R value[mol(-NCO)/mol(-OH)],type of polyols,molecular weight of polyols and type of chain extender on particle size and viscosity of WPU-3 were studied.The results showed that WPU-3 had multiple particle size distribution,good stability and low emulsion viscosity,when the DMPA content of the prepolymer PU-2 was 3%,R value was 1.6,the polyols was PNA,the molecular weight was 1000,and the chain was expanded by using ethylenediamine or diethylenetriamine.
