摘要 对1Cr8Ni9Ti不锈钢导管氩气保护高频钎焊进行了实验研究,获得了高频感应加热钎焊1Cr8Ni9Ti不锈钢导管的工艺参数。并对焊接后的样品进行了微观组织分析和相关性能检测。研究表明,在设备输出功率15 kW、加热电流6 A、钎料熔化后1~2 s断电、断电后通氩冷却时间30~60 min、氩气工作压力0.02~0.03 MPa和氩气流量1.5~1.8 L/min的工艺条件下,采用氩气保护高频钎焊工艺可以满足导管接头焊接质量要求。 The high frequency induction brazing of 1Cr8Ni9Ti stainless pipes under argon was discussed.The suitable parameters for high frequency induction brazing were obtained.And microstructure analysis and related performance tests were performed on the brazed samples.The research showed that the output power of the equipment was 15 kW,the heating current was 6 A,the solder was 1~2 s after the melting of the solder,the argon cooling time was 30~60 min after the power was cut off,the argon working pressure was 0.02~0.03 MPa,and the argon flow was 1.5~1.8 L/min under process conditions.The argon-shielded high-frequency brazing process can meet the brazing quality requirements of the pipe joint.
