Analysis of Mooney Viscosity Comparison Results of Styrene-butadiene Rubber in Synthetic Rubber Industry

参与苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶生胶门尼黏度数据比对实验室为50家,比对数据均采用稳健统计技术进行了处理和分析评价,Z比分数统计结果表明,45家实验室的测试结果为满意结果,所占比例为90.0%,3家实验室的测试结果可疑,所占比例为6.0%,2家实验室的测试结果离群为不满意结果,所占比例为4.0%。因此,合成橡胶行业苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶门尼黏度比对满意结果占90%。

A total of fifty laboratories participated in the comparison of styrene-butadiene rubber mooney viscosity data comparison,the results of comparison were treated and evaluated with robust statistical techniques,Z-score results showed that the forty-five laboratories test results were satisfied,the proportion was 90.0%,three laboratories test results were suspicious,proportion was 6.0%,two laboratories test results was not satisfied with the results from the group,the proportion of 4.0%.The satisfactory results of mooney viscosity ratio accounted for 90%in the styrene-butadiene rubber industry.
