摘要 芳烃联合装置中不同等级的蒸汽之间可以互换使用,同时歧化和异构化装置的循环氢压缩机也可以使用电能和不同等级的蒸汽驱动。通过歧化异构化压缩机使用不同等级蒸汽驱动以及使用电能驱动的不同方案来优化芳烃联合装置的蒸汽换热网络,使芳烃联合装置内部的蒸汽充分利用并减少低压蒸汽的外排,降低整个芳烃联合装置的能耗。通过能耗计算得到结论:采用中压蒸汽驱动歧化和异构化压缩机,可以充分利用芳烃联合装置的低压蒸汽,并且装置的能耗最低。 Different grades of steam in the aromatics complex unit can be used mutually,and the circulating hydrogen compressors in the disproportionation and isomerization units can also be driven by electric energy and different grades of steam.Different schemes of using different grades of steam and electric energy to drive the disproportion and isomerization compressor were adopted to optimize the steam heat-exchange network of the aromatics complex unit,so as to make full use of the low-pressure steam inside the aromatics complex unit and reduce the discharge of low-pressure steam and the energy consumption of the whole aromatics complex unit.By the calculation of energy consumption,it was concluded that the low pressure steam of the aromatics complex unit could be fully utilized by using medium pressure steam to drive the disproportionation and isomerization compressors,and the energy consumption of the unit was the lowest at the same time.
