摘要
食品标准与法规课程作为一门时效性和政策性很强的应用型学科,是食品专业本科生的核心课程。传统教学是以教师讲解、学生被动接受为主的教学方式,很难适应应用型人才发展的需求。将PBL(Problem-Based Learning)教学、案例教学、互动式教学、探究性教学和实践性教学等融合起来形成多元化教学模式,可优化教学目标,提高课堂实效,培养学生灵活变通能力,训练学生思维多元化。多种教学模式的融合在“食品标准与法规”的教学中取得了良好的教学效果。
Food Standards and Regulations,as an applied discipline with strong timeliness and policy,is the core curriculum for undergraduates in Food specialty.Traditional teaching mainly applies the teaching approach of teachers’ explanation and students’ passive acceptance.It is difficult to meet the needs of the development of applied talents.PBL(Problem-Based Learning)teaching,case teaching,interactive teaching,inquiry teaching and practical teaching were combined to form a diversified teaching model can optimize teaching objectives,so as to improve classroom effectiveness,cultivate students’ flexibility and train students’ diversified thinking.The integration of various teaching modes achieved good teaching results in the teaching.
