摘要
目的:探讨计算机辅助检测(CAD)系统与乳腺X射线摄影对乳腺疾病诊断的准确率比较,以降低漏诊率。方法:回顾性分析119例行乳腺断层摄影检查的女性患者检查资料,并采用CAD系统对所有患者图像进行回顾性分析。最终结论以手术病理结果作为金标准,对乳腺影像与CAD系统诊断的准确率进行评估和统计比较。结果:CAD的恶性病灶检出率为44例(占95.65%),明显高于X射线摄影诊断的35例(占76.09%),其差异有统计学意义(x2=10.895,P<0.05)。X射线摄影和CAD系统诊断受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.693和0.595,X射线摄影与CAD系统联合诊断AUC为0.720。结论:影像医师在断层乳腺影像诊断中,采用X射线摄影与CAD系统联合诊断,在一定程度上能提高诊断准确率,降低漏诊率。
Objective:To compare the accuracies of computer-aided detection(CAD)system and mammography in the diagnosis of breast diseases so as to reduce the missed diagnosis rate.Methods:The data of 119 female patients who underwent mammography were analyzed retrospectively,and CAD system was adopted to implement retrospective analysis for images of all patients.Finally,the results of surgery and pathology were used as the gold standard to assess and compare the accuracies of mammography and CAD system.Results:The relevance rate of malignant lesions of CAD was 44(95.65%),and it was significantly higher than that of X-ray diagnosis with 35(76.09%),and the difference of accuracy between the two methods was statistically significant(x2=10.895,P<0.05).And the area under curves(AUC)of receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of X-ray photography and CAD system were 0.693 and 0.595,respectively.And the AUC of combined diagnosis of X-ray photography and CAD system was 0.720.Conclusion:In the sectionnal mammography diagnosis of image physician,the combined diagnosis of X-ray photography and CAD system can improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce missed diagnosis rate at a certain degree.
