手术室设备管理软件开发需求调研与分析

A qualitative survey on the requirements of the development of equipment management software in operating roomoperating room

目的:调研手术室设备管理中的不足及需求,为设计新的手术室设备管理软件提供参考依据。方法:采用目的性抽样法,选取21名手术室设备相关工作人员,采用质性研究的现象学研究方法对其进行访谈,借助Nvivo12.0版定性数据分析软件,依据Colaizzi的7步分析法对手术室设备相关工作人员调研的内容进行分析,提炼主题。结果:手术室设备管理需求可归纳为手术室设备日常使用、手术室设备维护保养与报修和手术室设备管理控制与报表3个主题7个内容。38%的受访者认为设备管理软件开发设计内容中需增加设备维护保养模块,29%的受访者认为需增加便利化的菜单与功能设计,24%的受访者认为软件开发设计内容中需增加设备信息与患者的关联功能,19%的受访者建议软件开发设计内容中,需增加设备定位状态功能。结论:手术室设备管理需要全生命周期化,且应与患者信息相关联,并借助计算机辅助手段进行数字化管理,减轻护士临床工作量,提高设备管理效率,保障手术安全。

Objective:To investigate the shortcomings and requirements of equipment management in operating room so as to provide reference for designing new equipment management software in operating room.Methods:Using the purposeful sampling method to select 21 related staffs of equipment in operating room.The phenomenological research method of qualitative research was adopted to implement interview with them.And Nvivo12.0 qualitative data analysis software was used in this research.And the interview contents of these related staffs were analyzed according to the seven-step analysis method of Colaizzi so as to extract the themes.Results:The requirements of equipment management in operating room can be inducted in 3 themes with 7 contents that included routine use of equipments in operating room,maintaining and repairs of equipments in operating room and management control and report forms of equipments in operating room.38%of the interviewees thought that the maintenance module of equipment should be added in the contents of development and design of equipment management software,and 29%of the interviewees thought that the convenient menu and function design should be added.Besides,24%of the interviewees thought that the association function between equipment information and patients should be added in the contents of development and design of software,and 19%of them suggested that the function of location status should be added in the contents of development and design of software.Conclusion:The equipments of operation room requires the management with full life-cycle,and they should be associated with information of patients,and digital management should obtain the help of computer-assisted means so as to reduce the clinical workload of nurses,and to improve the management efficiency of equipment and to guarantee the safety of surgery.
