动态准入体系在手术室设备精细化管理中的应用研究

Application research of dynamic admittance system in delicacy management of equipments in operating room

目的:建立手术室设备精细化管理的动态准入体系,提升设备临床运行质量。方法:将医院临床在用的284台手术室设备按照临床科室使用管理方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组139台设备采用“谁管理谁负责”的岗位责任制传统管理模式管理;观察组145台设备采用“定期考核上岗”的动态准入制管理模式管理,对比分析两组手术室设备的动态观测指标和静态观测指标,以及手术医生使用满意度。结果:观察组的手术室设备不良事件比例低于对照组,设备管理人员专项考核成绩得分高于对照组,两组对比其差异有统计学意义(t=4.348,t=4.348;P<0.05);对照组手术室设备故障比例和返修比例高于观察组,手术医生满意度低于观察组,两组对比其差异有统计学意义(x2=6.886,x2=5.483,x2=4.210;P<0.05)。结论:动态准入体系可有效改善医院手术室设备精细化管理效果,提升手术室护士和医学工程技术人员的履职能力,降低设备故障率和返修率,提高手术室医生对设备质量和管理效果的认可度。

Objective:To establish a dynamic admittance system in delicacy management of equipments in operating room so as to enhance the quality of equipment in clinical operation.Methods:The used 284 equipments of operating-room in hospital were randomly divided into control group(139 equipments)and observation group(145 equipments)according to different management mode that used in clinical department.The control group adopted traditional management mode that meant"whose management who afforded responsibility",while the observation group adopted dynamic admittance management system that meant"work post passing termly examination".The indicator of dynamic measurement,that of static measurement and satisfaction of surgeons about equipments between two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The proportion of adverse events of the equipment of operating room of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,while the special assessment achievement of management personnel for equipment of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(t=4.348,t=4.348,P<0.05).The proportion of equipment failure and the proportion after-sales services of control group were significantly higher than those of observation group,and the satisfaction of surgeons of control group was significantly lower than that of observation group(x2=6.886,x2=5.483,x2=4.210,P<0.05).Conclusions:The dynamic admittance system can effectively improve the effect of delicacy management for the equipments in operating room,and enhance the performance ability of nurses and medical technologists in operating room,and reduce the failure rate of equipment and the repair rate of equipment,and increase the recognition degree of surgeons on equipment quality and management effect.
