基于融合模式的医学影像技术专业英语教学实践研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨课程融合模式在医学影像技术专业英语教学中的应用价值。方法:选取北京卫生职业学院在校三年制医学影像技术专业的79名专科生,将其中2016级的40名学生纳入对照组,2017级的39名学生纳入观察组。对照组采用传统的翻转课堂教学模式;观察组采用医学影像技术专业英语课程融合的教学模式,融合课程以《医学影像设备》《医学影像检查技术》和《医学影像诊断学》为主要观察对象,课程教学内容从专业知识、专业技能和职业素养3个层面进行融合,设计小组合作学习、主题研讨交流、案例分析及探究学习等不同的教学方法,构建过程性小组评价和终结性双重评价相结合的课程评价体系。对比分析两组学生融合课程成绩和学生的3项认同度。结果:观察组的医学影像技术专业英语、医学影像设备、医学影像检查技术和医学影像诊断学课程考核成绩均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=2.116,t=2.430,t=2.757,t=2.511;P<0.05);观察组学生对课程认同度、教师认同度和学生自身认同度均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=2.185,t=2.102,t=5.376;P<0.05)。结论:课程融合模式可有效提高医学影像技术专业英语的教学效果和学生学习兴趣,学生认可度得到提高,可对专业融合课程的学习起到促进作用。 Objective:To explore the application value of the curriculum integration model in the teaching of professional English of medical imaging technique.Methods:40 students whose majoring was medical imaging technique in 2016 grade were included in control group,and 39 students of 2017 grade were divided in observation group.The control group adopted traditional flipped class model.The observation group adopted curriculum integration model of professional English of medical imaging technique,and"Medical imaging equipment","medical imaging examination technology"and"medical imaging diagnostics"were used as the main objects of curriculum integration.In the observation group,the course contents were integrated from three aspects included professional knowledge,professional skills and professional quality,and different teaching methods,included group cooperative learning,topic discussion and conversation,case analysis,inquiry learning,etc.,were designed.And the course evaluation system that combined procedural group evaluation with finality dual evaluation was constructed.The score of integrated courses and the recognition degree of students in three aspects between the two groups were compared.Results:The test scores of the four courses included professional English of medical imaging technology,medical imaging equipment,examination technique of medical imaging and medical imaging diagnostics of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(t=2.116,t=2.430,t=2.757,t=2.511,P<0.05).The recognition degrees of students for curriculum,teacher and themselves of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(t=2.185,t=2.102,t=5.376,P<0.05),respectively.Conclusions:The curriculum integration model can effectively improve the teaching effect of professional English of medical imaging technique and the learning interest of students,and promote the recognition degree of them.Therefore,it has played a positive role in promoting the learning of integrated professional courses.
