摘要
计算机视觉系统是使用计算机及摄像机模拟生物视觉,通过采集图像进行处理获取目标物体的三维信息。近年已有学者将计算机视觉应用于放射治疗过程中,通过计算机视觉技术实时获取患者体表标记物的三维空间坐标,并将信息传递给反向跟踪平台系统,实时监测人体在放射治疗过程中的位置变化情况,指导临床治疗。通过阐述计算机视觉系统在肿瘤放射治疗摆位纠正中的研究现状与发展,分析其优缺点,探讨其临床实用价值。
The computer vision system useds the computers and cameras to simulate the biological vision,and obtained the three-dimensional(3D)information of target object through collected images to process them.Some scholars have applied it to the process of radiotherapy,and they could obtain the 3D spatial coordinates of markers on patient’s body surface in real time through computer vision technique.And then,these information could be s transmitted to the reverse tracking platform system so as to monitor the change of the position of human body in the process of radiotherapy in real time,and further to guide clinical treatment.This paper expounded the research status and development of computer vision system in positioning correction of tumor radiotherapy,and analyzed its the advantages and disadvantages,and explored its clinical practical value.
