印染产业的发展现状与对策——以山东省为例

Research on the Development Situation and Countermeasures of Printing and Dyeing Industry in Shandong Province

全国印染产业发展处在重塑期,产业竞争方式和布局不断变化,山东省印染产业智能化水平高、龙头企业多、产品齐全有特色,但近年来产业规模负增长、利润率下滑,已经成为制约山东省纺织服装规模效益提升的瓶颈。文章从山东省印染产业发展的现状中梳理出其产业发展特点和优劣势,进而提出未来发展的对策,按照既定对策实施,山东省印染产业有望成为行业先进技术的应用示范和全省纺织服装产业规模效益提升的重要驱动力。

The development of China’s printing and dyeing industry is in the reshaping period,and the industrial competition mode and layout are constantly changing.The printing and dyeing industry in Shandong Province has a high-level intelligence,various leading enterprises,and complete products.However,in recent years,the industry has experienced negative growth and the profit rate has declined,which has become a bottleneck restricting the scale and efficiency of textile and garment in Shandong Province.Based on the status quo in Shandong Province,the paper concluded its development characteristics as well as its advantages and disadvantages,and then proposes countermeasures for future development.According to the established countermeasures,the printing and dyeing industry of Shandong Province is expected to become an application demonstration of advanced technology and an important driver for the improvement of the textile and garment industry in Shandong Province.
