逆向工程技术在服装领域中的应用

Application of Reverse Engineering Technology in Apparel Industry

近年来,逆向工程技术作为一门先进生产制造技术不断向服装领域渗透,为服装数字化技术的发展提供了新思路。文章主要阐述了逆向工程技术的概念,介绍了逆向工程技术中常用的4种软件,着重讲述了该技术在服装领域中的应用,包括面料及服装的性能评价、人体体型研究、人体模型构建、服装松量设计、三维服装CAD和虚拟试衣系统以及服装个性化定制系统的开发等方面。随着服装产业的升级和“工业4.0”进程的不断推进,逆向工程技术在服装领域拥有较大的发展潜力和良好的市场前景。

In recent years,as advanced manufacturing technology,reverse engineering technology has been continuously penetrating into the apparel industry,providing new ideas for the development of fashion digitalization.This paper mainly expounds the concept of reverse engineering technology,introduces four kinds of software commonly used in reverse engineering technology,and emphatically describes its application in the field of garment,including performance evaluation of fabrics and clothing,the study of human body shape,model building of human body,clothing ease design,the development of 3D garment CAD and virtual fitting system as well as garment customization system,etc.With the upgrading of the fashion industry and the advance of industry 4.0,reverse engineering technology has great development potential and good market prospects in the fashion industry.
