摘要
加强师德建设是当今社会的共识,但由于当前师德建设多注重于道德规范约束而忽视了教师个体德性的培育,因而导致了师德建设的成效不足。教师作为一个特殊职业,师德建设应更多地体现教师的道德主体地位和社会对教师这一职业的德性要求。从这个意义上来讲,加强教师德性培养才是师德建设真正的突破口。
It is commonly acknowledged that the teachers’moral building should be enhanced.However,current teachers’moral building emphasizes more on the constraining of moral codes rather than on individual teacher’s virtue development,hence the insufficiency in teachers’moral building.As a special career,teacher’s moral building should focus more on teacher’s moral subjectivity and conforms to the society’s expectations of teachers’morality.In this sense,to strengthen teacher’s virtue development is the key to teachers’moral building.
