摘要
"领导力"是国际学术研究领域的一个热点与前沿问题,美国学者依据扎根理论研究方法,对学生领导身份认同发展进行了深入研究,在此基础上建构出涵盖六个发展阶段、五个发展要素的领导身份认同发展模型。该模型的提出为教育工作者依据学生发展的不同阶段、不同特征,有效运用多种管理手段、多种理论指导、多样化教育干预措施,提供了理论借鉴和实践指导。
"Leadership"is a hot and frontier issue in the field of international academic research.Based on a grounded theory study,American scholars give a thorough research on developing aleadership identity which revealed a 6-stage developmental processand the five categories that influencedthe development of a leadership identity.According to the different phases and different characteristics of students development,education workers can use different management methods,multiple theoretical guidance,diversified education intervention measures to educate students,because the leadership identity development model provides education workers the theoretical and practical guidance.
