摘要 抗性淀粉作是一种能够产生多种功效的膳食纤维,其无法在小肠中直接消化吸收,需要经肠道微生物发酵,可通过与肠道微生物组的相互作用调节微生物组构成,是一类极具发展潜力的益生元。抗性淀粉的益生元功效可影响肠道微生物,可以应用于肠道微生物失调导致的疾病的预防与治疗。 Resistant starch is a kind of dietary fiber which can produce a variety of healthy effects.Resistant starch cannot be directly and absorbed in the small intestine,and needs to be fermented by intestinal microorganisms.As it can maintain the homeostasis of the gut microbiota,resistant starch is wide accepted as a new-style probiotics with great development potential.Furthermore,the probiotics effects of resistant starch suggested that it can be applied to the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases related to dysbiosis of gut microbiota.
