区域科技创新与金融创新耦合的实证研究——基于杭州实践的思考

An Empirical Study on the Coupling Development of Regional Technology Innovation and Financial Innovation——Based on the Practice of Hangzhou

区域科技创新需要得到金融的支持,区域金融创新亦需要科技的支撑,二者只有协同发展,才能成为区域经济高质量增长的强大引擎。本文通过分析区域科技创新与金融创新的耦合发展机理,构建耦合模型,以国家创新型试点城市杭州为例,运用层次分析法,分析评价了该市科技创新与金融创新的耦合现状,实证结果表明:2010-2016年,杭州市科技创新与金融创新耦合度并无较大变动,均处于中水平耦合程度;而耦合协调度已从中度耦合协调上升到高度耦合协调,协调等级由拮抗时期进入磨合时期,呈现良好的协调发展趋势。最后结合原理与现状分析,提出区域科技创新与金融创新的耦合协同发展的对策建议,以期为其他省市地区落实创新协同发展提供借鉴。

Regional technological innovation needs the support of finance,and regional financial innovation also needs the support of technology.Only when the two develop together,can they become a powerful engine of high-quality growth of regional economy.Firstly,this paper analyzes the coupling development mechanism of regional technological innovation and financial innovation,and further constructs the coupling model.Taking Hangzhou,a national innovative pilot city as an example,the analytic hierarchy process is applied to analyze and evaluate the coupling status of technological innovation and financial innovation of this city.The empirical results show that from 2010 to 2016,the coupling degree of technological innovation and financial innovation in Hangzhou did not change significantly,and both were in the middle level coupling degree.However,the degree of coupling coordination has increased from moderate coupling coordination to high coupling coordination,and the coordination level has entered the running-in period from antagonistic period,showing a good trend of coordination development.Finally,based on the analysis of the principle and the current situation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the coupling and collaborative development of regional technological innovation and financial innovation,so as to provide reference for other provinces and regions to implement the collaborative development of innovation.
