老年人粗隆间骨折内固定方式的临床进展

Clinical Progress of Internal Fixation of Intertrochanteric Fractures of Femur in the Elderly

老年人易因摔倒而导致股骨粗隆间骨折,若不及时治疗将引发多种并发症,并可能危及患者生命。目前主张手术内固定治疗,分为髓外固定与髓内固定。本文对近年来股骨粗隆间骨折的内固定方式进行综述并分析各种方式的优缺点,以期为临床实践提供参考。

Old people are easy to fall and cause intertrochanteric fracture of fumer.If not treated in time,it will cause a variety of complications,and may endanger the patient's life.At present,surgery and internal fixation are advocated,which can be divided into extramedullary fixation and intramed-ullary fixation.This article reviews the internal fixation methods of intertrochanteric fractures in recent years and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
