摘要
造纸工业是国民经济发展的重要支柱产业,2017年我国造纸产量突破1.2亿吨,约占全球总量的1/4,产值1.4万亿,居世界首位,已成为全球纸和纸板最大的生产国与消费国。但是,原料供求矛盾日益突出,环保能源约束不断增加。依靠科技创新和技术进步,实现造纸工业的绿色发展,是摆在纸业发展面前的关键课题。
Waste paper fiber has obvious advantages in resource saving,energy saving and pollutant emission reduction.However,after several recycling of waste paper fiber,the fiber keratinization is serious,and there are problems of fiber quality degradation,mainly reflected in the decline of water filtration performance and swelling capacity,the decrease of fiber plasticity,the increase of brittleness,and the decrease of paper strength.Generally,the waste paper fiber can't be reused as the raw material of papermaking for 2-3 times.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the theory and method of quality decay inhibition of plant fiber in order to prolong the service life of fiber and make waste paper fiber can be reused in papermaking for a long time,so as to save fiber and ensure the supply safety of papermaking raw materials in China.The theory and technology of the decay inhibition of regenerated plant fiber can realize the function decay inhibition of waste paper fiber,prolong the service life of waste paper fiber,improve the quality of waste paper,and help to ensure the supply safety and green sustainable development of fiber raw materials in paper industry.
