摘要
ICD控水完井技术在底水油藏水平井中应用广泛,但缺少ICD在井中的节流规律实验研究。本实验设计了水平井复杂流动模拟装置,采用207mm的钢管模拟水平井筒以及真实尺寸的ICD进行模拟实验,研究了ICD在不同经井筒流量、不同打开程度下的节流规律。实验表明:ICD理论压降模型与实际压降数据匹配较好,可以指导实际,可为底水油藏水平井ICD完井优化设计提供参考。
With the development of well completion technology,Inflow Control Device(ICD) is used widely in horizontal wells of bottom water reservoir. However, there is not effective study on the rule of throttle of Inflow Control Device in horizontal wells of bottom water reservoir.In this experiment, the complex flow simulation device of horizontal well is designed. 207 mm steel tube and real size ICD are used to simulate the horizontal well bore. The throttling law of ICD under different wellbore flow and opening degree is studied. The experimental study indicate that the theory pressure model matched the fact well which can be the reference to optimize the design of Inflow Control Devicein horizontal wells of bottom water reservoir.
