摘要
通过开展某黄金冶炼企业工业废水深度除铊工艺技术研究,研究人员发现硫化钠沉淀法处理后的废水铊含量可以达到5μg.L-1限值下的指标要求,但工业化运用调试时由于生成的硫化铊沉淀粒度微小存在透滤现象,露天存放数天后出现铊含量大幅上升的情况,甚至高达15μg.L-1以上;而采用强氧化混凝工艺处理,不仅可以达到5μg.L-1限值下的指标要求,而且沉淀物稳定,即使露天存放数天都不易发生分解或返溶,处理成本低,仅需新增药剂成本约2元/m3,设备投资少,仅需进行适当的改造即可满足要求,是金铜冶炼企业工业废水深度除铊工艺的一种良好选择。
Research on the technology of deep thallium removal of industrial wastewater from a gold smelting company,The researchers found that the content of thallium in waste water treated by sodium sulfide precipitation can reach the target requirement of 5 micrograms per milliliter limits,Due to the small size of the formed thallium sulfide precipitation during the commissioning of industrialization,there was a filtration phenomenon.After a few days of open storage,there was a sharp increase in the content of thorium,even up to 15 micrograms per milliliter.However,the oxidation coagulation process can not only meet the target requirements under the5μg.L-1 limit,but also the sediment is stable,and even if it is stored in the open air for several days,it is not easy to decompose or redissolve.The cost of treatment is only about 2 yuan per cubic meter of wastewater,and the investment in equipment is small.It only needs to be properly modified to meet the requirements.It is a good choice for the industrial wastewater removal process of gold smelting enterprises.
