摘要
Cr12MoV材质冷作模具钢因为有着较好的淬透性,而且淬透后具有较高的耐磨性、淬火变形小等一些优点,因此常用来制作断面较大、耐磨性要求高的冷作模具,比如螺纹滚丝模等。模具在生产工作中,要使制件产生塑性变形模具要不断受到极大的压力、摩擦力和冲击力,因而对韧性、耐磨性、抗疲劳性能都有很高要求。本文对Cr12MoV钢滚丝模发生失效的原因进行分析,并针对上述原因进行了不同淬火工艺Cr12MoV钢组织和性能影响的实验研究。
Cr12MoV cold work die steel is commonly used to make cold work dies with large cross section and high wear resistance requirements,such as thread rolling dies,because of its good hardenability,high wear resistance and small quenching deformation.In the production of mould,the mould must be subjected to great pressure,friction and impact force to produce plastic deformation,so it has high requirements for toughness,wear resistance and fatigue resistance.In this paper,the cause of the failure of the rolling die of Cr12MoV steel is analyzed,and the effect of different quenching processes on the structure and properties of Cr12MoV steel is studied.
