热镀锌表面铈盐钝化问题及对策研究

摘要 铈盐钝化是当下替代铬酸盐钝化工艺的常用举措,从效果上来看,铈盐钝化可以在镀锌层构建保护膜,避免镀锌层与空气直接接触产生腐蚀、白锈状况,增强镀锌层表面化学性质的稳定性,从环境友好性来看,六价铬酸盐对人体存在较大损害,若长期接触,存在致癌风险,相比之下,铈盐毒性较低,对环境损害程度较小。从该方面来看,以稀土资源含量较为丰富的铈替代铬,显然具备工业生产及现实应用价值。本文首先分析热镀锌铈盐钝化过程中存在的问题,之后就如何更加行之有效的予以解决进行策略探究。 Cerium salt passivation is a common measure to replace chromate passivation process at present.From the effect point of view,cerium salt passivation can build a protective film on the zinc coating,avoid the corrosion and white rust caused by the direct contact between the zinc coating and air,and enhance the stability of the chemical properties of the zinc coating surface.From the environmental friendliness point of view,hexavalent chromate has great damage to human body,if it is contacted for a long time,In contrast,cerium salt is less toxic and less harmful to the environment.From this point of view,it is obviously of industrial production and practical application value to replace chromium with cerium,which is rich in rare earth resources.This paper first analyzes the problems in the passivation process of hot-dip galvanizing cerium salt,and then explores how to solve them more effectively.
