应用型高校旅游类专业学生工匠精神培育策略研究

A Study on the Cultivation Strategy of Craftsman Spirit of Tourism Majors in Applied Universities

随着我国“提升消费品品质”目标的提出,旅游业要实现服务品质的提升同样需要具有工匠精神的应用 型人才。为此,通过对旅游行业工匠精神内涵的分析,从建设融合工匠精神的校园文化、推进融入工匠精神的课 程教育、搭建培育工匠精神的实践平台、打造具有工匠精神的师资队伍等方面,提出应用型高校旅游类专业学生 工匠精神培育的策略,以期为当前应用型高校培育具有工匠精神的应用型人才提供新的路径。

With the goal of“improving the quality of consumer goods”put forward in China,the tourism industry also needs the applied talents with craftsmanship spirit to achieve the improvement of service quality.Therefore,based on the analysis of the connotation of craftsman spirit in the tourism industry,this paper puts forward the strategies for cultivating the craftsman spirit of the students of tourism major in the applied universities from the aspects of building the campus culture integrating the craftsman spirit,promoting the course education integrating the craftsman spirit,building the practice platform for cultivating the craftsman spirit,and building the teaching staff with the craftsman spirit,so as to provide a new way to cultivate the craftsman spirit of the current applied universities with craftsman spirit.
