摘要 对海上风电机组的运行状态进行监控,是降低海上风电场维护成本的有效手段。提出了一种海上风电场全景监控系统方案,将海上风电场作为一个监控整体,把传统风电场各监控子系统纳入到统一的信息平台下,以实现全景监控及信息共享;在架构上采用了陆地集控中心和海上升压平台两级模式,以适应海上风电场特殊的地理环境。对陆地集控中心、海上升压平台及它们之间的通信进行了描述,并给出了在东台海上风电场的应用情况,可在后续海上风电场二次系统建设中进一步推广应用。 The operating state monitoring and control of offshore wind turbines is the effective means to reduce the maintenance cost of offshore wind farm.This paper presented an offshore wind farm panorama monitoring and control system scheme to take the offshore wind farm as a monitor overall and to bring all the monitoring systems of traditional wind farms into the unified information platform,to realize the panorama of monitoring,control and information sharing;the program of the framework adopted two-stage model of land centralized control center and offshore booster platform to adapt to the special geographical environment of offshore wind farm.This paper described the land centralized control center and the offshore booster platform and the communication between them,and gave the application situation of offshore wind farm in Dongtai,which could be further popularized the application in the construction of offshore wind farm secondary system.
