摘要
根据脂酶原理设计和实现了手持式体细胞检测仪。通过实验对不同样品检测,分2段拟合了标准曲线并应用于仪器算法中。实验验证了仪器的精密度和准确度,仪器变异系数均小于10%。结果表明,使用本文设计仪器可以快速、准确检测牛乳中的体细胞数量,可以应用于奶牛乳房炎的诊断。
According to the principle of lipase,a handheld somatic cell detector was designed.Different samples were tested by experiment,and the standard curve was fitted in 2 stages,which applied to the instrument algorithm.Verified by the experiment,the precision and accuracy of the instrument,and the instrument coefficient of variation were all less than 10%.The results show that the design of the instrument can quickly and accurately detect the number of somatic cells in raw milk,which can be applied to the diagnosis of dairy cow mastitis.
