ATR-FTIR在药学专业实验教学中应用的优势和实践

摘要 随着国家对创新型人才的重视,实验教学质量的提升也受到持续关注。红外光谱作为物质鉴定的重要手段之一,在药学工作中具有多种应用,在药学专业实验教学中引入红外光谱具有重要意义。文章对衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)原理进行简介,对药学专业实验教学中引入红外光谱的原因进行思考,对ATR-FTIR在药学专业实验教学中应用及优势进行探讨。 With the national emphasis on innovation,the improvement of experimental teaching quality has also received continuous attention.As one of the important means of compound identification,infrared spectroscopy has many applications in pharmacy.It is of great significance to introduce infrared spectroscopy into the experimental teaching of pharmaceutical specialty.In this paper,the principle of attenuated total internal reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR)is briefly introduced,the reasons for introducing infrared spectroscopy into experimental teaching of pharmacy specialty are considered,and the application and advantages of ATR-FTIR in experimental teaching of pharmacy are discussed.
