以Datacon 2200 evo多功能贴片机为例,介绍了动臂式贴片机的贴片工艺流程,探讨了自动贴片中常见的故障现象和处理方法。
Taking Datacon 2200 evo multifunctional mounter as an example,this paper introduce the placement process of arm-type mounter,and discusses the common failures and treatment methods in the process of automatic mounting.
