摘要
目的探讨度洛西汀联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变性疼痛对临床效果、VRS及NRS评分的影响。方法选取2015-09-2016-09收治的102例糖尿病周围神经病变性疼痛患者临床资料分析,按照治疗方案的不同分成对照组(51例)与研究组(51例),对照组行度洛西汀治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用硫辛酸治疗,比较2组VRS及NRS评分、神经感觉传导速度及不良反应。结果研究组治疗后VRS及NRS分别为(0.68±0.33)分、(1.69±0.39)分,对照组分别为(1.15±0.36)分、(2.22±0.38)分,2组均较治疗前低(P<0.05),研究组改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与治疗后UNCV、PNCV及MNCV分别为(44.28±2.82)m/s、(37.05±3.01)m/s、(46.13±2.45)m/s,对照组分别是(36.77±2.57)m/s、(30.48±2.62)m/s、(37.22±3.24)m/s,2组均优于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组改善程度较对照组高(P<0.05);对照组13.72%与研究组19.60%总不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变性疼痛采用度洛西与硫辛酸联合治疗能够有效缓解疼痛,提高神经感觉传导速度,且安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effects of duloxetine combined with lipoic acid on the clinical effects,VRS and NRS scores of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain.Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain admitted from 2015-09 to 2016-09 were divided into control group(51 cases) and study group(51 cases).The control group was treated with duloxetine.For the treatment,the study group was treated with lipoic acid on the basis of the control group,and the VRS and NRS scores,neurosensory conduction velocity and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The VRS and NRS of the study group were(0.68±0.33) points and(1.69±0.39) points respectively.The control group was(1.15±0.36) points and(2.22±0.38) points respectively.Both groups were lower than before treatment( P<0.05),the improvement effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The UNCV,PNCV and MNCV of the study group and the treatment group were(44.28±2.82) m/s and(37.05±3.01) m/s,respectively(46.13±2.45) m/s,the control group were(36.77±2.57) m/s,(30.48±2.62) m/s,(37.22±3.24) m/s,both groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the control group 13.72% and the study group 19.60% total adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of dulox and lipoic acid in diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain can effectively relieve pain and improve neurosensory conduction velocity,and it is safe and reliable.
