血管性痴呆患者血清IL-6 IL-8和sTWEAK水平临床研究

Serum level of interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and sTWEAK in vascular dementia patients

目的观察血管性痴呆患者血清IL-6、IL-8和可溶性肿瘤坏死因子样凋亡微弱诱导剂(sTWEAK)的水平,探讨其在血管性痴呆发病中的作用。方法收集2015-10-2016-10在焦作市第二人民医院住院诊断为血管性痴呆的患者64例为血管性痴呆组(VD组),同时选取59例与病例组性别、年龄、脑血管病危险因素及文化程度匹配的人群为对照组(NC组)。检测2组患者血清IL-6、IL-8和sTWEAK值。结果 VD组IL-6和IL-8明显高于NC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VD组sTWEAK明显低于NC组(P<0.05)。VD组MMSE与IL-6、IL-8之间存在相关关系,相关系数分别为0.712、0.783,为高度线性正相关关系,与sTWEAK存在相关关系,相关系数为-0.616,为显著线性负相关关系。NC组中MMSE与IL-6、IL-8、sTWEAK之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 IL-6和IL-8可能参与了血管性痴呆的炎性反应,sTWEAK对血管性痴呆可能有一定的保护作用,炎症反应有可能是血管性痴呆发病机制之一。

Objective To explore the pathogenesis and role of serum IL-6,IL-8 and soluble TNF-like weak inducer of apoptosis(sTWEAK) in patients with vascular dementia by observing the levels of these three factors.Methods We collected 64 patients with vascular dementia in our department from October 2015 to October 2016 as a vascular dementia group(VD group).At the same time,59 matched cases with sex,age,education,and cerebrovascular disease risk factors were selected as control group(NC group).Serum IL-6,IL-8,and sTWEAK levels were measured in the two groups.Results Serum level of IL-6 and IL-8 in the patients with vasculardementia were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Serum level of sTWEAK in the patients with vascular dementia were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the level of MMSE in the VD group showed a very high positive correlation with IL-6,IL-8(r=0.712,0.783).There was a negative correlation between the MMSE and sTWEAK in VD group(r=-0.616).There was no correlation between the MMSE and IL-6,IL-8,sTWEAK in NC group.Conclusion IL-6 and IL-8 may be involved in the inflammatory response of vascular dementia.sTWEAK may have a protective effect on vascular dementia.The inflammatory response may be one of the pathogenesis of vascular dementia.
