老年脑卒中患者自我超越现状及影响因素研究

Elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy self-transcendence the status quo and influencing factors of research

目的了解老年脑卒中患者自我超越现状,探索自我超越的影响因素,为临床工作采取有针对性的干预措施提供理论依据,为提高老年脑卒中患者自我超越水平提供参考。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取2017-10-2018-10于河南省人民医院就诊的老年脑卒中患者160例为研究对象,采取自行设计的一般资料调查表、中文版自我超越量表进行问卷调查。结果老年脑卒中患者自我超越总分(40.81±5.631)分,患者自我超越处于偏低水平。回归分析结果显示,年龄、性别、婚姻状况及合并慢病种数是老年脑卒中患者自我超越的重要影响因素。结论老年脑卒中患者自我超越水平较低,应加强对该人群的关注,及时进行干预,提高自我超越水平,改善生活质量,减轻家庭和社会负担,提升患者自信心。

Objective To understand senile cerebral apoplexy patients self-transcendence the status quo,and explore the influence factors of self-transcendence,for clinical work provides the theory basis for targeted intervention measures,in order to improve the old patients with cerebral apoplexy self-transcendence the level to provide the reference.Methods By the method of convenient sampling,160 elderly patients with senile strokes who were treated in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The self-designed general data questionnaire and the Chinese version of the self-transcendence scale were used for questionnaire survey.Results The self-transcendence score of the elderly stroke patients was(40.81±5.631) points,the patient self-transcendence was at a low level.The results of regression analysis showed that age,gender,marital status and the number of chronic diseases were important factors in the self-transcendence of elderly stroke patients.Conclusion Older stroke patients have lower levels of self-transcendence.They should strengthen their attention to the population,promptly intervene,improve self-transcendence,improve quality of life,reduce family and social burden,and enhance patient self-confidence.
