摘要
火电厂压缩空气后处理的系统设计,事关气源质量和能耗,从火电厂各工艺系统气源要求出发,梳理出影响系统运行技术指标的主要因素,结合后处理设备特点,经技术经济比较分析,提出压缩空气后处理系统设计、设备选型、以及控制等设计优化原则和节能运行措施。
Compressed air purified system design in the thermal power plant is related to the quality of air source and energy consumption.This article embarks from the coal-fired power plant each process air supply requirements,teasing out the main factors influencing the technical indexes system,combining with the characteristics of purified equipment,the technical and economic comparison analysis,put forward the compressed air purified system design,equipment selection,and control principle of the optimal design and energy saving operation measures.
