摘要
本文介绍了电积脱杂的工艺原理和循环法电积脱杂工艺应用,对比分析了循环法电积脱杂工艺和诱导法电积脱杂工艺的特点和不同。循环法电积脱杂工艺具有脱杂效率高,生产控制简单,产物成分稳定,人工劳动负荷较低,生产操作环境安全等特点,可为铜电解系统的电解液净化能力提升和改造提供一整套完备的工艺技术解决方案。
This thesis introduced the technological principle of electrodeposition deimpurity and the process technology of circulation method,and then the characteristics and differences of the two processes are compared and analyzed.The process technology of circulation method has the advantages of high deimpurity efficiency,simple production control,stable product composition,low manual labor load and operation environment safety.It provides a complete set of technological solutions for the improvement and transformation of electrolyte purification capacity of copper electrolysis system.
