电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定锡精矿中锌、铜、铁、铅、镉、硫、锰、钨八种杂质元素含量

Determination of Eight Impurity Elements in Zinc Concentrates of Zinc,Copper,Iron,Lead,Cadmium, Sulfur,Manganese and Tungsten by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometer

锡精矿用过氧化钠熔融温水浸取,盐酸酸化处理,对Zn、Cu、Fe、Pb、S、Cd、Mn、Wo八种元素同时进行测定。对测定各元素的分析谱线的选择和各元素精密度等进行讨论。在仪器参数设置最佳条件下,各元素测定结果与国家标准方法相吻合,相对标准偏差为0.26%~8.24%(RSD n=8),加标回收率为97%~106%。该方法的使用能够满足工作需要。

The tin concentrate is immersed in molten hot water with sodium peroxide and acidified with hydrochloric acid.The eight elements of Zn,Cu,Fe,Pb,S,Cd,Mn and Wo are simultaneously determined.The selection of analytical lines for determining each element and the precision of each element are discussed.Under the optimal conditions of instrument parameter setting,the determination results of each element are consistent with the national standard method.The relative standard deviation is 0.26%~8.24%(RSD n=8),and the spiked recovery rate is 97%~106%.The use of this method can meet the needs of the work.
