摘要
本文就贵州黔东某公司公司在高纯硫酸锰生产中硫酸亚铁的作用进行分析,得出使用硫酸亚铁不仅具有良好的除钾钠效果,还可提高锰的回收率。实验得出当七水硫酸亚铁添加量过量系数为2,反应温度为95℃,时间为4小时,PH值在1.5~2.5之间,可将溶液的钾钠去除至10ppm以下,满足高纯硫酸锰化合工序对杂质钾钠的含量要求。另分析了锰的回收率与硫酸亚铁添加量的关系,得出硫酸亚铁可将锰的回收率从90.16%提高至98.765%。
This paper analyzes the role of ferrous sulfate in the production of high-purity manganese sulphate in Guizhou energy mine Manganese Industry company.It is concluded that the use of ferrous sulfate not only has a good effect of removing potassium and sodium,but also improves the recovery rate of manganese.The experiment shows that when the amount of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate added is 2 times the theoretical amount,the reaction temperature is 95℃,the time is 4 hours,the PH value between 1.5 to 2.5,and the potassium and sodium of the solution can be removed to below 10 ppm.It satisfies the requirements for the content of potassium and sodium of impurities in the high-purity manganese sulfate compounding process.In addition,the relationship between the recovery rate of manganese and the amount of ferrous sulfate added was analyzed,and it was found that the recovery of manganese from ferrous sulfate increased from 92%to 98.765%.
