抹面工艺对地铁盾构混凝土预制管片开裂及耐久性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 该文研究抹面工艺对预制管片外弧面开裂特征、氯离子扩散系数、碳化深度以及预计服役年限的影响,探索管片生产时的最优抹面工艺。研究结果表明:预制管片生产时的最优抹面次数为3次,3次抹面可以有效减少开裂,提高预制管片的耐久性。 This paper studied the effect of troweling process on the outer cambered surface cracking characteristics of precast segment,chloride ion diffusion coefficient,carbonization depth,estimated service life and the optimal troweling process duringsegment production.The result shows that the optimal troweling time during segment production is 3 times,which could effectively reduce crack and improve the durability of precast segment.
