摘要
分别用M6低阻玻纤滤料以及驻极体滤料对PTFE高效滤料的迎风面基材进行替换,对改造复合后的新型高效纤维滤料进行容尘性能实验,结果显示,在生命周期内不同阶段,复合滤料在保持原有PTFE滤料低阻力性能的同时,可以明显改善PTFE滤料容尘性能的不足,从而在一定程度上改善滤料的能耗性能,为高效纤维滤料及过滤器性能优化及应用提供借鉴。
The M6 low-resistance glass fiber filter and the electret filter material were used to replace the windward surface substrate of the PTFE HEPA filter material,and the dust loading performance test was carried out on the modified high-efficiency fiber filter material.The results showed that during different stages of the life cycle,the composite filter materials have the significant dust loading performance while maintaining the low resistance of the original PTFE filter material which improve the energy consumption performance of the filter material to a certain extent and offer the reference for the high-efficiency filter material as well as filter performance optimization.
