摘要
主要对西安某小区换热站改造方案进行了简要介绍,并对实际热力工况进行分析研究。项目节能改造主要是利用园区一次网热水回水的余热通过管壳式换热器进行交换来提升低区采暖的二次网回水温度,进而达到克服系统末端资用压头不足、提高系统水力稳定性。通过对历年运行实际数据计算得到节能效果分析,为严寒和寒冷地区既有老旧小区供热系统的节能改造和新建集中供热系统的节能设计提供了理论依据。
A reconstructive secondary network is introduced,and an actual thermal condition is researched.Pass through lifting lower zone secondary back water temperature by shell-and-tube exchange,Energy-saving reconstruction mainly utilizes primary network back water waste heat.Pass through energy-saving effect analysis by previous years data calculation,it provided theoretical guidance to practical engineering for existed buildings energy-saving reconstruction and existing buildings energy-saving construction on severe cold region and cold region.
