基于某旧村改造工程的装配整体式楼梯间研究与应用

Research and application of integrated stair assembly based on reconstruction project of an old village

以山东省某旧村改造项目为例,通过对装配整体式楼梯间的相关技术进行研究与应用分析,将传统湿作业的技术与施工方法和此新型装配式整体楼梯间的相关技术做了对比。介绍了装配整体式楼梯间深化设计、拆分设计、结构构件全预制、节点连接、施工及安装等技术的工艺原理和流程操作要点,并且对其带来的经济效益做了相应的分析。同时通过应用实例展望了装配整体式楼梯间技术在住宅产业化中的发展前景。

Taking the reconstruction project of an old village in Shandong Province as an example,through the research and application analysis of the related technology of assembling integral stairwell,the traditional wet working technology and construction method are compared with the related technology of this new assembled integral stairwell. This paper introduces the technological principles and operation points of the technologies of assembling integrated stairwell,such as deepening design,splitting design,prefabrication of structural components,joint connection,construction and installation,and analyzes the economic benefits brought by them. At the same time,the development prospect of assembling integral stairwell technology in housing industrialization is prospected through application examples.
