某油田站场供热系统超压问题的分析与解决

Analysis and solutions for overpressure problem of heating system in an oilfield station

摘要 通过对某油田站场供热系统超压现象进行分析,对补水在密闭系统的膨胀效果进行计算,发现补水膨胀是站内供热系统产生超压的主要原因。结合现场条件提出了超压排水回流等解决措施,取得了较好的解决效果。 Through analyzing the overpressure problem of heating system in an oilfield station,and calculates the expansion effect of filling water in closed system. It is found that water filling expansion is the main cause of overpressure in heating system. Combined with the field conditions,the solutions such as overpressure drainage and backflow are put forward,and good efforts are obtained.
