摘要
本项目以印染污泥减量化、稳定化、无害化处理需求为导向,采用高效真空形成和污泥余热利用技术,开发成功一种新型污泥余热真空干化设备;与传统污泥挤压干化技术相比,选用本技术处理后的污泥含水率由65%减少到5%以下,极大降低污泥的外运成本,市场潜力巨大。
The project is based on the reduction,stabilization and harmless treatment of printing and dyeing sludge. It adopts high-efficiency vacuum formation and sludge waste heat utilization technology to develop a new type of sludge waste heat vacuum drying equipment. And it’s compared with the traditional sludge extrusion and drying technology,the moisture content of the sludge treated by this technology is reduced from 65% to less than 5%,which greatly reduces the cost of outbound transport,and has huge market potential.
