摘要
对中央工艺空调夏季运行中相关数据的分析和计算,表明表冷器的处理能力通常设计偏大,造成冷源、热源抵消。对流经表冷器混风分层测量,表明绝大部分高温高湿的新风分布在上两层表冷器,据此提出对表冷器分层控制的节能策略。通过理论计算和实际验证,将下层表冷器冷媒水阀门关闭,能满足送风需求,且蒸汽消耗量同比下降88%。该运行策略投入小,节能效果显著,具有较强的推广价值。
The analysis and calculation of relevant data in summer operation of central process air conditioning show that the processing capacity of surface air cooler is usually too large to offset the cold and heat sources. The hierarchical measurement of mixing air in surface cooler shows that most of the high temperature and humidity fresh air distributes in the upper two layers of surface cooler. Based on this,the energy-saving strategy of hierarchical control of surface cooler is put forward. Through theoretical calculation and practical verification,the cooling medium water valve of the lower surface cooler can be closed to meet the demand of air supply,and the steam consumption decreases by 88% year on year. The operation strategy has the advantages of small investment,remarkable energy saving effect and strong popularization value.
