摘要
飞机结构中,采用双光束激光焊接技术可以减少重量,降低成本,提高生产效率。机身高温区壁板普遍采用钛合金材料。本文介绍了双光束激光焊技术在机身钛合金壁板上的应用,对双光束激光焊钛合金加筋壁板的压缩稳定性进行了工程计算,并进行了试验验证。得到在长桁方向受压和框方向受压的焊接壁板的载荷-应变曲线,并进行压缩性能对比分析,为机身壁板材料及工艺的选择提供依据。
Aircraft structure with double beam laser welding technique can reduce weight and cost,and improve production efficiency.The titanium alloy is universally used in high temperature region of the fuselage.This paper introduced the application of double beam laser welding technique in the panel with titanium alloy,and provided the engineering calculation and test verification of stability compression.After the description of the load-strain curve with stringer direction and the frame direction tests,the contrast of compression performance was carried out,which provided the basis to the choices of material and technology of aircraft panel.
